Along the way you will be able to upgrade your Bantam, from creating a shield to thwart enemies to using cerebral control that will allow you to move objects where you need them to go. You will even be able to asexually reproduce, and control the offspring that can do even more than the older Bantam.
Bantams are also able to dream with amazing accuracy, almost as if they're training in their sleep for the reality they awake in. And you'll get to control them in that as well, which include increasingly harder and harder platforming bits.
Good luck, little Bantam.
**Note: This game comes in two versions. One is the recommended high-performance version that allows lighting like you see in the screenshots to the right, as well as not forcing a resolution on your screen (unless you tell it to do so.) The second version (Core) is a bit more "lite" but contains all of the content of the other version. The difference is that it runs without lighting and scales the resolution to 640x480. It's a version you should download if you're having issues with the standard version.
Fun fact: much of the game is composed of re-rendered sprites from older videogames in the Sega/Nintendo console era. Can you recognize any of them?
