Hi guys.
I'm not going to draw this out more than I need to. Basically I've done something really stupid. I can't go into it in any real detail, but I'm in the middle of being prosecuted for an internet-based crime, and I've entered a guilty plea. I've been told that it's likely I'll be facing a ban on internet use, and it could be for anywhere up to ten years in length. There will probably be hope for an appeal somewhere down the line, particularly as the internet is growing so rapidly, and as I make my livelihood online, but it's probable that I won't be around for a while, so I thought I owed it to you all to let you know.
I've enjoyed my time here so much. The past seven years, this forum has been like a rock to me; through all the hard times I've faced, I've always been able to come back here for the support I needed, and I want to tell you all that I sincerely appreciate the friendships and relationships that have been made here. I wouldn't trade them for anything, and though it sounds stupid, it actually breaks my heart that I won't be able to talk to you all again.
I'm really sorry that I let you down. I hope I'll see you all again someday.
