Sandbox of God won't load saved game

I downloaded Sandbox of God, unzipped it, and played it for a few rounds, then quit. Now I've started it again, and it won't load the saved game. I click "Load Game" and nothing happens. The saved game file is right there in the folder with the game program. I even tried opening 'sandboxsave' directly, selected 'The Sandbox of God.exe' from the "Open With..." dialogue box, but no luck. However, it will load my high scores, which makes the whole thing all the stranger.

Any ideas?

well, for the highscores they are stored in the registry, the game should load if they are in the same directory though... I really have no idea. sorry.

That is strange...so you unzipped it before playing, correct?

Make sure it is unzipped.

You could try deleting it and starting a new save game.
Or possibly downloading it again
