As I go with a friend to the midnight launch of Grand Theft Auto IV, I’m reminded why gaming is such a big part of my life…I love it, I play it, I want to work in the industry of it. And it’s just dang fun.

So, I have shown you many versions of Ore no Ryomi. And through those versions, with each artist dropping out for their own reason, I realized something. There would be only one way of making the game: either with lots of cash to pay professional artists, or drawing it myself.

Hey guys, just a quick update- the GM Tech people have had a few technical issues and plan to bring out the April issue of GM Tech magazine (the one with exclusive Spirits of Metropolis details and the official Liquisity 2 trailer) by the end of this month.

A year ago on this very month, a fellow named JKR was brought onto the ONR3 project, known for his work on IGN and the popular Cubetoons. The following weeks would be the most work Ore no Ryomi would ever see to this day.

So just a few quick updates about the site and game makin’ in general…

After trying out some of the designs of ONR (see the previous Part 1 of this post), it was decided to try and go 3D. A new artist was brought in, and in 2006 work started up again.
